Payments We accept payment by all major credit & debit cards through our secure payment gateway.
We also accept PayPal payments via our fastrack checkout so you don't need to enter all your details again. So if you already have a PayPal account it's even easier.
New! We now also accept payment by Google Checkout -simply register your details once with Google then use the Google checkout button to fastrack through the checkout process!
Privacy and Data Protection Please ensure you enter a valid email address so that we can contact you in case of any difficulties. We may occasionally email you special offers and updates, but we use an opt-out system to allow you to easily unsubscribe. We will never give your email address to anyone else.
Returns Please contact us within 7 days of purchase if you have any problems with your purchase.
We offer a full no-quible refund (less P&P) on any returns, but we must hear from you within 7 days of purchase. Buy with confidence! :-)
VAT Please Note: NO VAT!! As we are not currently registered for VAT, you don't pay VAT on your purchases from Mars Guitars. This is absolutely legal and bone fide, so don't worry that VAT is shown as zero on you items.
Cancellations or out-of-stock items
We will always work with you to resolve any difficulties and can usually find a mutually-acceptable outcome.
We never intentionally allow you to order items that we do not hold in stock ourselves. However, mistakes do very occassionaly happen and if for any reason we are unable to supply yout item we will always offer a full and immediate refund if you do not wish to wait.
